How do I close my account?
We don’t want to see you go. If you still want to close your account, make sure your account is paid in full, as you need account access in order to make payments. Once you have confirmed that your orders are paid, reach out to our Customer Care team using the form.

If you do decide to close your Zebit account, please note we will be unable to re-open it later or accept applications for a new account.
