Can I delete my account?

Zebit is an ecommerce retailer that provides financing for the items it sells. Because of this, Zebit must comply with consumer finance regulatory laws. These federal laws dictate our business operations and as such, account deletion is not permissible.

If you want to unsubscribe from marketing emails:

• Go to the bottom of the email and click on the “unsubscribe” link. You may opt back in at any time by reaching out to our Customer Care team using the form. 

If you want to manage your push notifications:

• Apple users: Go to “Notifications” and locate the Zebit app. The “Allow Notifications” toggle will be switched on along with your preferred way to received alerts. To turn it off, please toggle off.
• Android users: Go to “Apps” and locate the Zebit app. In the app settings page, tap the “Notifications” category.
