Zebit's check-out and auto-payment system are not compatible with prepaid or direct pay cards. Our system will authorize the card but not be able to settle the transaction and the authorization is released. If a customer is unable to place an order and Cybersource shows authorization reversal, you can validate if the card is prepaid or not. Occasionally, the customer may not realize the card it categorized in a way that is considered prepaid because they have direct deposits and a routing number for the card.

You can enter the first 6 digits from a payment card and it will tell you if it’s a pre-paid card.
It’s helpful to understand if that is why we do not except a card a payment type.
Remember: only the first 6 digits – NEVER have a customer give us the entire card number over any channel we use to communicate.
