Credit memo's go into a hold queue for approval by Erik or Julie if an order is in PENDING SHIPMENT status and you have checked in Logic Broker to make sure it has not downloaded there, please place the order on 'hold' immediately after you have issued the credit memo. If not, the order will remain in a "pending shipment" status while waiting in the approval queue and will download to LB.
We currently have an alert email that goes to SME's at the following times to notify there are credit memos in the queue and awaiting approval.
Expect that the CM approval queue will be reviewed at these times. If a customer is asking when their ZebitLine will be restored when we cancel an order via a credit memo, we should set expectations that it can be up to 5 business hours before restoration happens.
