Customers have a specific window of time in order to cancel an order.
Order status in Magento will be “Order Placed” - if status shows "Preparing Shipment" you can not cancel and will not see the cancellation button.
If past cut-off and order has not shipped, we can attempt to contact vendor, but no guarantees of vendor approving the return request. Please contact fulfillment support alias to initiate cancellation request.
For Best Buy cancellation requests only: When an item has shipped we can advise the customer to refuse delivery of the order and then submit ticket to Fulfillment Support alias that customer is planning to refuse delivery; fulfillment will then alert Best Buy and add to Fulfillment tracking sheet.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted for electronically transmitted, downloadable products, vouchers, or other virtual goods.
