Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item we sell within the Zebit Market unless explicitly stated otherwise.
For items purchased through Zebit via a third party’s website, we will honor the terms of such third party’s return policy.
We do everything we can to ensure that all of products arrive at your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item arrives damaged or with parts missing, please notify us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the problem. Please don’t wait, because we will not be able to assist you if we are not notified within 10 calendar days of receiving the order. We will send you replacement parts if possible.
