We are unable to accept returns (or exchanges) on any of the products we sell. Before going through "checkout" and placing your order, please ensure you've selected the products you want as we cannot make exceptions.
We do everything we can to ensure that all of products arrive at your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item arrives damaged or with parts missing, please notify us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the problem. Please don’t wait, because we will not be able to assist you if we are not notified within 10 calendar days of receiving the order. We will send you replacement parts if possible.
