Employees Club California/City Club

Employee Club California Employees can register for a Zebit account and shop on our site. They will not be making payments to Zebit, but rather will be making payments directly to City Club. As such, we will not see any payment schedules or need to assist them with payments. Also, if they have issues with registering, they will need to contact City Club directly.

Customer Service can assist with order related questions, like product questions, placing an order, how a ZebitLine works, tracking packages, returns, etc..
Questions about registration, payments, payment schedules, need to go directly to City Club. We won't be able to see any payment schedules on the Zebit Payment Tab. On the Zebit Payment Tab, you will see their employer as City Club, which is how you will know they are part of this organization and why you can't see payment schedules, etc.
