Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item we sell within the Zebit Market unless explicitly stated otherwise. For items purchased through Zebit via a third party’s website, we will honor the terms of such third party’s return policy. We do everything we can to ensure that all of products arrive at your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item arrives damaged or with parts missing, please notify us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the problem. Please don’t wait, because we will not be able to assist you if we are not notified within 10 calendar days of receiving the order. We will send you replacement parts if possible.
For your protection, you must inspect all furniture products for damage or defects upon delivery. If the furniture is found to be defective, please reject receipt of the furniture from the delivery agent and contact us immediately. We will issue you a refund for any amounts paid and cancel the order. If a product is found to be defective after receipt, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in processing a warranty repair under the manufacturer’s warranty.
