I am writing to inform you that we had to cancel the recent order you placed with us. We recently made a change and no longer allow someone other than the Zebit Account Holder to place orders on their account. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The order can be replaced, but the Account Holder will need to use a debit or credit card in their name.
Any money collected at checkout will be refunded back to the payment card used. Please allow 24 - 48 business hours for the bank to reflect that refund on their end.
