1. Request to update account address should be submitted to CS OP's and copy CS distro.
2. If customer is requesting to update the address for an order and the order has been submitted to the vendor, please contact the Zebit Fulfillment Support Distro. Additionally, inform the customer once an order is submitted to the vendor that the address may not be updated despite the request. In that case, we will notify the customer and they would need to contact the carrier to see if the shipment can be held or re-routed.
