Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your Zebit account. I apologize for any inconvenience you may have been experiencing as a result. My Account Department has confirmed that the auto-payments have been cancelled for your account.
To update your auto-payments, log in to zebit.com, click on “My Zebit Account”. Under the Payment section, click on “Make Payment”. From there, you will have options available to pay your current balance due, pay current balance due plus one or more future payments, pay an alternate amount, or pay your order if full. When you are not making a payment and need to update your cc, select "pay specific amount" and enter ".01" to query to card and please check the box next to "opt in to save for future auto-pay transactions" and hit continue button.
