Upon a routine review of the banking information submitted during the registration process, our underwriting system was unable to accurately determine your individual income. As such, we have temporarily frozen your Zebit account and have sent you an email to securely upload additional documentation so that we can accurately assess your income eligibility for a ZebitLine.
Please look for an email from “Zebit via Dropbox email@example.com” with the subject line “Zebit is requesting files from you”.
Please use the following directions to upload additional information:
1. Take clear photos of or download the required documentation and save them to a location of your choice on your device.
2. In the body of the email requesting additional documentation, click on “Upload Files”. **Please note that you do not need to sign in or create an account to upload your document**
3. Locate your documents and double click to upload them.
4. Enter your name and a valid email address.
5. Click “Upload”

Once you have uploaded your documentation, please allow 1 business day for review. A member of our Customer Service Team will then reach out to you regarding the status of your Zebit account based on the review.
