However, once we close your account, we're unable to re-open it at a later time. Please confirm that you would still like me to move forward with the closure request.
**Please Note: Once customer has confirmed they can not re-open the account, please send account closure request to CS Op's, cc'ing CS and notating the account. The request should not if the customer has any active orders. We can not officially close an account until all active orders have been paid in full. Once CS Op's terms the account, send the customer an Account Closure Confirmation.
